Hi, I am Kortni Sheffield, and I have been recruiting for 8 years. Recruiting is not only what I do, but it’s who I am. I have been on both sides of the industry, so I know what the client is in need of and how the applicant feels. In 2012 I was released from my job due to a horrible pregnancy. After having my son, I was searching for work, applying for jobs everywhere, and reaching out to every staffing firm in town. Finally, an opportunity presented itself for a position that felt like it was created just for me. I was hired as a Recruiter/ Administrator. While working in this position I began to see certain things the community was lacking, and I decided to give back by creating opportunities for others. Now, we offer staffing in 12 different states. Not only are we creating career opportunities, but we also teach money management and help make entrepreneurs! The Bible says in Hosea 4:6, “My people perish from lack of knowledge." So, I believe in pouring the knowledge I have been blessed with into the community!
